Upon enrollment, you must notify your academic advisor of the future goals you wish to pursue after graduation. Advisors will use this information along with the work and credits you have previously completed, and indicate approval or provide a suggested learning track in the program.
All students are expected to specify which academic track in the program they intend to complete (academic or college prep) before completing the first course.

Each student must successfully complete and pass a minimum of 20 credits in order to graduate (4 English, 3 Math, 3 Science, 3 Social Studies, 2 Humanities and 5 Electives). Actual assigned courses will vary slightly depending on the student’s selected course of study.
Academic Track – this track is recommended for students who wish to graduate and receive a Bridgeway High School diploma, but have no plans to enroll in a college.
College Prep Track – this track is recommended for students who wish to graduate, receive a Bridgeway High School diploma, and plan to attend a college.
Grading System
A student’s grade is based on book assignments, quizzes, lesson reviews and final tests.
Our staff will grade your coursework and assignments in the order received and in a timely manner. After each course is graded, it will be returned to you along with a detailed evaluation and a progress report.
70% mastery is required in order to pass each course and complete the program.
If you do not meet the 70% program standard in your first attempt to complete a course, you will be given a second opportunity.
If after the second attempt you continue to fall below the standard, you will be placed on academic probation and asked to purchase a new course of the same subject or a different course in that category until the academic goal is met.
